Sales Manager
 to lead and drive strategic revenue across key segments.

The Role:

As Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our revenue strategy. Your core focus will include 
MICE, travel agents, corporate bookings, weddings
, and responding to evolving 
market demands
. We're seeking someone with deep industry knowledge, strong networks, and a proactive approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities across MICE, weddings, corporate, and travel segments.
• Build strong relationships with travel agents, DMCs, event planners, and corporate clients.
• Create and execute sales strategies aligned with current market trends and demands.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value bookings and contracts.
• Represent the resort at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience (8+ years) in sales within the 
  hospitality industry
  .
• A strong network in 
  MICE, weddings, travel trade, and corporate segments
  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Goal-driven, highly motivated, and passionate about hospitality.
