Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Vue JS Senior Developer

Position type: Full Time

As a Vue JS Senior Developer you will:

Role Objective
· Highly skilled professional with strong experience and knowledge creating top quality, predictable and high-performance website applications desiring the role of Senior VueJS Developer. Candidate will be responsible for customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations. Candidates will be working collaboratively with client and project teams as well as working from proposal development to deployment and support.
Principal Accountabilities
· Developing user experience components in VueJS / AngularJS / JavaScript / tHTML5 / CSS.

· Take ownership of continuous integration and DevOps standards across all UX components.

· Build relationships with other specialists across the organization.

· Plan and execute activities to help define and implement user experience journeys.

· Active in client meetings and scrum calls. Analyzing requirements, providing best solution for software problems based on research.

· Present crisp and clear feature demos to clients.

· Undertake project specific Proof of Concepts activities to validate technical feasibility with guidance from the Application Architect.

· Assist with the planning of application changes, development, and installation of upgrades and new releases.

· Gather, analyze and document functional and technical requirements for new projects, enhancements to existing solutions and production issues reported by end users.

· Create and execute unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data.

· Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution’s feasibility and functionality.

· Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.

· Write dev plan covering all scenarios based on information provided by customers in functional specs.

· Provide accurate time and resource estimates result in on-schedule delivery.

· Mentor juniors in the team and take accountability for their delivery like reviewing deliverables, providing solutions, and providing technical support and training.

· Contribute to solutioning and ensuring solutions adhere to established technological standards.

· Identify the scenarios/functionalities that are missing or do not meet the customer needs or usability and take proper action.

· Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans).

· Communicate with project teams regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions.

· Assist Project Managers with planning redesigns and updates.

· Maintain communication with client and Project Managers on scope of projects.

· Collaborate with the pre-sales support and solutions architecture team on integrations and solution deployment.

· Mentor junior developers in-upskilling programs.
Part III – Role Requirements B. Tech

MS, M. Tech, MCA (Desired)
Experience
3-7 years
Primary Skills

 
· Strong knowledge on core JavaScript concepts

· Strong knowledge on JS Frameworks (VueJS)

· Strong Knowledge on advanced JavaScript and ES6 concepts

· Strong knowledge on HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and higher versions

· Knowledge on JS Tools (Vite, Webpack, NPM, Yarn, Eslint, Grunt, Gulp)

· Highly proficient with framework and its core principles such as components, reactivity, and the virtual DOM

· Familiarity with the ecosystem, including Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router, and Proficiency with modern development tools, like Babel, Webpack etc.

· Knowledge on version control preferably Git, Gitlab or Bit bucket

· Knowledge about UI testing automation such as Jest, Jasmine, Mocha etc.,

· Experience with agile development processes, continuous integration, deployments.

· Work closely with team lead or project manager to develop solution in accordance to the system design.

· Work with management, create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.

· Working knowledge of JIRA or similar project management/issue tracking tools.

· Develop accurate estimates on level of effort for timely project execution.

· Review and assure quality in all code entering the code base.

· Proficiency in developing unit testing with assertions for core functionality.

· Take responsibility for end-to-end solution delivery for their respective tracks.

· Customer-focused attitude.

· Detailed-oriented individual with ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologies.

· Experience with Agile development methodologies such as XP/SCRUM.
Secondary Skills

 
· Strong knowledge on JS Frameworks (Angular/ReactJS)

· Knowledge on DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines

· Knowledge on PWA development

· AWS Concepts

· Team player with strong communication skill.

· Good knowledge in Middleware integration.

· Must possess strong administrative and time/project management skills.

· Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools.

· Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development.

· Interested in developing their professional network through participation in technology user groups, networking events, and technology organizations.
Certification

(Preferred)
· Certifications or Courses on JavaScript, ES6 Concepts.

· Certifications or Courses on VueJS, Angular on Udemy (atleast 1 or 2)

· DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines - Intermediate

· Must have the ability to meet deadlines and be proactive when working on tasks.

· Ability to communicate clearly, efficiently, and persuasively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Must demonstrate a willingness to put in the extra effort for clients, and personal growth.

· A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment.
