With years of legacy, the current landscape has become untenable and necessitates a highly scalable and modern platform. We are looking for seasoned IGA professionals to aid our multiyear efforts for transition towards the envisioned target state landscape.A Senior IGA Architect responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-wide identity governance solutions that ensure secure access to organizational resources while enabling business efficiency.1. Design and oversee the implementation of various Identity Governance capabilities including identity lifecycle management, RBAC, user provisioning, access reviews, access requests etc.2. Creates detailed architecture documentation, and provides technical leadership to implementation teams.3. Define and oversee implementation of policies, authentication mechanisms, authorization frameworks, service account management, CI/CD pipelines for IGA, target application integrations, PAM integrations, and access governance across the enterprise.4. Develop IGA roadmaps aligned with business objectives and security requirements5. Analyze the current IGA infrastructure to identify gaps and recommend improvements6. Develops IGA policies and standards, and ensures compliance with security frameworks and regulations.7.
