
Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to manage the front office, greet visitors, handle phone calls, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; take messages when necessary.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters, etc.).
- Provide basic information about the company, projects, or services to visitors and callers.
- Manage front office cleanliness and ensure reception area is well-organized.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and staff promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in front desk or administrative roles.
- Exposure to real estate, hospitality, or corporate environments is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
