Job Description
As a Marketing Analyst, you should be a creative storyteller with a knack for crafting compelling content that resonates with various audiences – retail investors, institutions, and tech communities. You will play a crucial role on deep dives into data and craft marketing campaigns that resonate across the board. Your expertise will be crucial in engaging our community, amplifying our brand presence across various platforms and ensuring the success of our events and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Promote Web3 Projects: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to Web3 projects, focusing on increasing awareness, engagement, and adoption.
Social Media Promotion: Manage and enhance our presence on various social networks, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms, by creating compelling content and engaging with our audience.
Event Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for virtual and in-person events, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement.
KOL Strategy: Identify, engage, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify our message and expand our reach within the community.
Community Management: Oversee and moderate our Discord community, ensuring a positive and interactive environment. Address community concerns, foster discussions, and drive engagement.
Staking and Re-Staking Protocols: Leverage your understanding of staking and re-staking protocols to inform marketing strategies and community education efforts. (This experience is an advantage but not mandatory.)
Qualifications
Proven experience in promoting Web3 projects.
Strong track record of managing and growing social media presence across various platforms.
Experience in planning and executing successful event marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated expertise in KOL strategy and influencer marketing.
Proficiency in Discord moderation and community management.
Understanding of staking and re-staking protocols is a plus.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Passionate about the Web3 space and keeping up-to-date with industry trends.
