Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Centre Head to lead our preschool. The ideal candidate will manage academics, staff, admissions, parent relationships, and day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.Key Responsibilities:1. Academic & Curriculum Implementation•Ensure effective implementation of the preschool curriculum and teaching methodologies.•Monitor classroom activities and provide guidance to teachers for continuous improvement.•Maintain a safe, inclusive, and child-centric learning environment.2. Staff Management•Recruit, train, and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff.•Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and ensure professional development.•Create a positive and motivating workplace culture.3. Parent Engagement & Communication•Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through regular meetings, feedback sessions, and events.•Address parent concerns promptly and professionally.•Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and orientation programs.4. Business & Admissions•Drive student admissions by executing marketing and outreach activities.•Achieve enrolment targets while ensuring high levels of retention.•Represent the preschool brand in the local community through events and partnerships.5. Operations & Compliance•Oversee daily operations of the centre, including facilities management and safety protocols.•Ensure compliance with institutional policies, local regulations, and statutory requirements.•Manage budgets, resources, and reporting as required by the management.Qualifications & Experience:•Graduate / Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education / Education / Management preferred.•Minimum 4–6 years of experience in preschool/education sector, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.•Experience in admissions, parent relations, and staff management will be an added advantage.Compensation:•Competitive salary package, commensurate with qualifications and experience.•Performance-based incentives.
