Company : Hasanui HealthTech Pvt Ltd Experience Required : Minimum 1 Years Industry Preference : Healthcare / Occupational Health Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India About the Role : Hasanui HealthTech Pvt Ltd , a leading provider of Occupational Health and Safety Solutions , is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and compliance activities to ensure smooth organizational functioning. Key Responsibilities : Recruitment, screening, and onboarding for multiple departments. Recruitment of Doctors, Nurses, Lab Technicians, Quality Managers, Sales Executives, Admin Staff, Operations Staff, and IT Staff. Manage joining formalities and maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Handle attendance verification and coordinate with Admin, Operations, and Accounts departments. Support in salary processing , incentives, advances, increments, and leave management. Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory HR requirements , coordinating with consultants and the accounts team. Assist in implementing HR policies, employee engagement programs, and training sessions. Develop and maintain checklists, reports, and monitoring documents on a need basis. Support management in HR data tracking, performance documentation, and reporting. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration , or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or executive-level HR roles. Experience in Healthcare, Service, or Occupational Health sectors preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software. Good understanding of HR documentation, payroll, and compliance processes.
