Job Role:


We are seeking a talented and experienced campaign manager with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field, along with proven expertise in driving successful campaigns for start-ups or similar fast-paced environments.



Job Responsibilities:


● Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.

● Create, optimise, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various platforms, including search, display, video, and remarketing.

● Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad creative development to maximise campaign performance and ROI.

● Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

● A/B test ad variations, landing pages, and targeting parameters to optimise campaign performance and drive conversion rates.

● Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.

● Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and track expenses to ensure optimal ROI.

● Regularly report on campaign performance, KPIs, and key insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

● Proactively identify new opportunities for campaign expansion, audience targeting, and revenue growth.


What we are looking for -


● Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of driving results.

● Strong understanding of the Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, keyword targeting, bid management, and performance optimization.

● In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEM, PPC, SEO, and analytics.

● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

● Experience working in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
