IAM Solution Architect

Job spec / description :

What the role will involve :

- Gain a detailed understanding of the 'as is' IAM business and technical processes.

- Work with the IAM teams in developing 'to be' reference architecture for LSEG.

- Represent the IAM Programme in Architectural Design Authorities (develop the required artefacts).

- Be accountable for managing the architectural dependencies between the IAM Programme and other strategic programmes running in LSEG.

- Provide architectural support for the IAM Programme.

- Support creation of architectural artefacts for IAM Programme.

- Contribute to testing support to ensure appropriate due diligence applied for desired outcomes.

- Assist with implementation support to ensure implementation and cutover plans have considered the full end to end solution.

- Contribute to architectural support for GRANT/Fieldglass/MI M related changes ensuring that appropriate end to end oversight has been provided.

- Aid architectural support for the Cyber programme SailPoint Access Requests workstream.

- Support creation of architectural artefacts for the Cyber Programme SailPoint Access Requests workstream.

- Participate with implementation support to ensure implementation and cutover plans have considered the full end to end solution.

- Assist with support to IAM Ops & Delivery and IAM Governance on any tech issues identified with IAM processes and assist with guidance on solutions.

- Work with the IAM Programme Director in writing the IAM incremental/full Business Case.

Experience needed :

- Extensive experience in working as an IAM / Cyber Enterprise Architect.

- Experience in working with SailPoint on-premises and cloud-based solutions.

- Experience in working with Microsoft Identity Manager.

- Experience in working with Microsoft Active Directory and other Identity Providers

- Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills.

- Strong presentation skills.

- Ability to write and edit clear and concise reports, meeting minutes, and technical documentation.

- Superior organizational skills and an attention to detail.

- Experience with Workday and Fieldglass cloud based HRIS solutions.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
