Job Description :


- Company is currently hiring a talented and motivated Developer Experience Engineer to join our team.

- This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who wants to have a significant impact on the user experience of our developers.

- As a Developer Experience Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping how our developers interact with our tools and platforms.

- Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our developers have an exceptional experience while building, testing, and deploying applications.

- This includes improving the usability of our software solutions, as well as enhancing documentation, training, and debugging tools.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to identify areas for improving the developer experience.

- Design, develop, and maintain tools, frameworks, and systems that boost developer productivity.

- Monitor and analyze developer feedback to continuously enhance the developer experience.

- Provide technical guidance and support to developers.

- Establish best practices, standards, and guidelines for software development.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in software development.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience in software development.

- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

- Familiarity with modern software development tools and technologies like Git, JIRA, and Docker.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Passion for enhancing the developer experience and building tools that simplify the lives of developers.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Nice to have :

- Experience with GitHub.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins
