Job Overview

As the Vice President of Marketing at Best Corporation Private Limited, you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to

enhance business with the company's mission.

Key Responsibilities Area & Duties:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Best Corporation Private Limited business objectives.

2. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights,

informing product development and marketing strategies.

3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, Merchandising and Operations, to ensure

alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

4. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, conducting

regular performance analyses and optimizations to drive continuous improvement.

5. Provide visionary leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence, and

empowering team members to achieve their full potential while effectively building and leading a cohesive marketing team.

6. Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior leadership, providing insights into marketing performance, market

trends, and opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Education required

• Bachelor's in Marketing, or a related field with a Master’s Degree preferred.

Knowledge required

• Proven expertise in Knit Garment marketing, with a deep understanding of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
• Ability to analyze market research data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Proficiency in budget management, performance measurement, and reporting within a marketing context.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external, including senior leadership.

Experience required

• Demonstrated history of achieving success in marketing leadership positions spanning a minimum of 10 years within the Knit Garment sector.
