Senior Manager - Performance Marketing
About You
We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in running campaigns across multiple digital channels, possess hands-on experience in planning and executing digital campaigns, and demonstrate proficiency in utilizing Marketing Measurement Platforms (MMP) and Google Analytics (GA).
Additionally, experience with a main focus on app downloads is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities::
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels such as search engines, social media platforms, display advertising, email marketing, and others, with a strong emphasis on driving app downloads.
- Plan, implement, and optimise digital advertising campaigns to drive acquisition, while ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI) .
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, understand consumer behaviour, and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Utilize Marketing Measurement Platforms (MMP) and Google Analytics (GA) to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics, including but not limited to click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), with a focus on app download metrics.
- Manage end-to-end member pre and post onboarding to drive revenue.
- Generate insightful reports and provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness, optimize budget allocation, and enhance overall marketing performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product management, creative, and analytics, to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Drive product marketing initiatives to effectively position TIDE in the market, including developing messaging, creating marketing collateral, and supporting product launches.
Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience of 7-10 years in performance marketing within the financial services industry, specifically with credit cards, app-based fintechs, or cashback cards, is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and others.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Measurement Platforms (MMP) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar tools, as well as proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities within the financial sector, including regulatory considerations, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences.
- Proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns for financial products or services, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Demonstrable experience in driving app download campaigns, including optimizing app store listings and running user acquisition campaigns.
- Understanding of the intricacies of credit card marketing, cashback programs, and mobile banking apps, including key features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Knowledge of industry-specific metrics and KPIs, such as customer lifetime value (CLV), churn rate, average revenue per user (ARPU), and net promoter score (NPS).
- Proven experience in conducting A/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance, improve conversion rates, and enhance user experience.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize creative and compelling marketing campaigns, including developing innovative ad concepts, messaging strategies, and visual assets.
- Experience in creating and optimizing ads in multiple languages to effectively reach diverse target audiences and maximise campaign reach and impact.
- Proficiency in leveraging advanced optimization techniques and strategies to improve ad relevance, targeting accuracy, and overall campaign effectiveness across different digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze campaign data, identify actionable insights, and implement optimization tactics to drive continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with industry-leading ad platforms, creative tools, and optimization technologies to streamline campaign management processes and enhance campaign performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with brand guidelines, messaging strategies, and campaign objectives.
