The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in .NET development, particularly in .NET Core (versions 3.1, 6, or 8) and C#. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership qualities with a proven track record in team management. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. Implement best practices for software development, code reviews, and documentation. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8-10 years of experience in .NET development, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience. Proven experience in team management and leadership. Proficiency in .NET Core (versions 3.1, 6, or 8) and C# programming languages. Strong understanding of databases and data structures. Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure (advantageous). Knowledge of Elastic search is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
