We’re looking for a designer with taste, intent, and visual intelligence, someone who understands brand identity, internet aesthetics, and how design shapes perception. If you think in moodboards, grids, typography, layout, rhythm, and storytelling, this is for you.What You’ll DoCreate brand-aligned social media creatives , carousels, and campaign visualsWork on branding elements, visual language, direction, moodboardsMaintain visual consistency , hierarchy, and creative storytellingBuild design systems for brands across formatsCollaborate closely with strategy, editing, and founder for high-quality outputExecute revisions quickly and professionallyDeliver premium-level work with attention to detail, scale, and compositionWho We’re Looking For1-3 years of design experience (agency/startup preferred)Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color theoryAbility to translate references into brand-specific directionGood taste in internet-led aesthetics (modern, premium, Gen-Z friendly)Fast execution + ability to handle feedback without defensivenessPortfolio that shows clarity, structure, direction, and aesthetic senseMust take ownership & accountability, not just “complete tasks”Tools / SkillsAdobe Illustrator (must)Adobe Photoshop (must)Adobe InDesignFigma (plus)Basic motion knowledge = bonusCreative problem-solving, speed, and strong visual judgmentWhat You’ll GetChance to build visual direction for multiple brandsA team that values craft, storytelling, and originalityRemote, flexible work culture (with real accountability)Competitive salary (up to ₹40k based on portfolio)Fast growth if you match the pace + mindset
