Job Overview :


We are looking for a dynamic Development Manager with a strong background in Generative AI to manage our off-shore development team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing software development projects. This role involves overseeing the design, development, and deployment of AI models and applications that solve complex problems and enhance our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

- Lead and manage a team of developers, data scientists, and AI researchers.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

- Provide mentorship and career development opportunities for team members.

Project Management :

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects.

- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.

Technical Expertise :


- Guide the development of generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based architectures.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate best practices into development processes.

- Ensure the robustness, scalability, and reliability of AI models and applications.

Strategic Planning :

- Collaborate with senior leadership to define AI strategies and roadmaps.

- Identify opportunities for leveraging AI to achieve business goals.

- Advocate for AI initiatives and secure necessary resources.

Quality Assurance :

- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.

- Conduct regular code reviews and technical audits.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Stakeholder Communication :

- Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders.

- Present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Gather and incorporate feedback to refine AI solutions.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.

Experience :


- Minimum of 5 years in software development with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Proven experience with generative AI models and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Strong background in deep learning, neural networks, and natural language processing.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying AI models in production.

- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.

- Experience in the (industry-specific) applications of AI.

Skills :

- Excellent programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries.

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
