Job Description Responsibilities Develop custom applications and forms using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to streamline business processes. Create automated workflows using Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) to integrate various business processes and systems. Customize and configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and web parts to enhance user collaboration and document management. Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into functional and technical specifications. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. Collaborate with other developers and team members to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with best practices. Provide technical support and training to end-users on newly developed solutions. Create and maintain documentation for technical specifications and user guides.  Shift timing: 5pm to 2am (Non-Negotiable) Location : Mohali (Punjab) Requirements Required skills and qualifications 1–3 years of experience in SharePoint development and proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, and familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx). Experience with data integration using REST APIs and native SharePoint connectors. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is typically required Preferred qualifications Experience with Microsoft 365 services like Teams, Power BI, and Azure. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.  Soft skills Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
