US Healthcare Recruiter – Night Shift

We are hiring an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in Tricity. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US healthcare staffing processes, including sourcing, screening, and placing qualified professionals across various roles. This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and the flexibility to work in US time zones (night shift).
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Therapists, etc.) for US-based job openings.
- Utilize multiple platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and referrals for candidate sourcing.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments regarding qualifications, availability, and work authorization.
- Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups between clients and candidates.
- Negotiate compensation, availability, and start dates with candidates.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare staffing regulations and client requirements.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and foster long-term professional relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in US Healthcare Recruitment (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare roles, compliance, and credentialing processes.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and databases.
- Experience with VMS (Vendor Mate, Medefis, Aya, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work in Night Shift (US Time Zone).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13, ₹35,000.00 per month
