This role is in Private Bank COO Operations Division to support in-house application instance dbProductioncontrol-DE to perform Application Management and Maintenance and Application changes in line with Regulatory requirementsWhat we’ll offer you:As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that you’ll enjoyBest in class leave policyGender neutral parental leaves100% reimbursement under child care assistance benefit (gender neutral)Flexible working arrangementsSponsorship for Industry relevant certifications and educationEmployee Assistance Program for you and your family membersComprehensive Hospitalization Insurance for you and your dependentsAccident and Term life InsuranceComplementary Health screening for 35 yrs. and aboveYour Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring the operational readiness (RTB), extension of existing and developing of new functionalities (CTB) for a MIS application (database with web frontend)Carry out data queries and -analysis to fulfill requirements for needed MI reportsData provision and -linking for specific visualization toolsWorking with the production units and other stakeholders to define requirements for better or new functions and MI reportsSupport the ITAO (Information Technology Admin Officer) in managing the applicationEnsure compliance to coding guidelines and standardsAccess Management remediation and monitoring/recertification of technical accountsSupport and respond to Audit and Regulatory requirementsEngagement of BISO, TISO and other SMEs where requiredYour Skills and Experience8-10 years relevant experience in global banking, technology, or consulting industryExperience in managing Structured Query Language (SQL) databases (MS-SQL) with deep knowledge in data storage, organization and queriesKnow how with large databases and complex data modelsFamiliar with a scripting language (one of PHP, Python, JavaScript)Experience with a visualization software (in best case Tableau)ServiceNow experience (Good to have)Experience of work in financial industry technology (Good to know)Understanding of Banking financial products (Good to know)German language skills are preferredAbility to work within virtual global teams in a matrix organization and across all levels of management and staffStrong stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate and liaise with Business, IT, Agile and vendor teams across multiple jurisdictionsAgile methodology experience (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc.) and tools (Jira or Confluence) beneficialHow we’ll support youTraining and development to help you excel in your careerCoaching and support from experts in your teamA culture of continuous learning to aid progressionA range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs
