Role Description This is a full-time role for an Senior Architect(7-12Years experience) at ARCOP Associates Pvt. Ltd. at Gurugram location. The Architect will be responsible for architectural design on a day-to-day basis. - Excellent in design and presentation skills - Good in identifying and addressing architectural challenges - Development of design from preliminary sketch - Working Drawings and Detailing. - Good understanding of building services and coordination. - Versatile in using design software such as Cad, Sketchup, Revit, BIM, Proficiency in 3D software would be an advantage - Able to prepare architectural reports and documents. - Knowledge of Local bylaws, Desirable should dynamic with good communication skill. - Tolerant of ambiguity, willing to backtrack and seek multiple solutions - Good in multitasking, able to work under extreme pressure · Good Management and Leadership skills to handle teams.
