Field Officer / Coordinator - Loans Title / Position Field Officer/Coordinator–Loans. This position requires extensive travelling in Urban & Rural areas Reporting To Cluster Head Team Size to handle Not applicable – This is an individual contributor role Qualification Should be a Graduate / Diploma holder in any inter-discipline Preference & Age Limit No preference on gender; however, age should be between 22 & 30 years Experience Minimum of 4 – 5 years of experience working with volunteers – preferably in SME sector Minimum skills required – Should possess ● Good Communication (verbal & written) ● Good command over regional / vernacular language ● Good Interpersonal & Co-ordination skill ● Proficient knowledge in MS Office Application software ● Knowledge in Accounts would be an added advantage ● Professional ethical standards to deliver Other essential skills ● Desirous of achieving targets. ● Data & Detail Orientation. ● Flair to travel in Rural & Urban areas of operation. ● Able to work individually to initiate and complete tasks. ● Must possess Digital Skills such as MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook, etc), Google mails and knowledge of Collaborative Video tools such as Skype, Google Meet, etc) Job Responsibilities ● Required 3 to 5 years’ experience in Banking/Finance Sectors. ● Experienced in Loan division especially in SME Loans and Credits. ● From Financial Education background is preferred. JD - Field Officer Loans - July 2020 Page 3 of 3 ● Organize workshops for counseled entrepreneurs. ● Collect all documents from the potential entrepreneurs and help them to complete this process. ● Conduct Site Verification visits and organize technical evaluations of Prospective entrepreneurs. ● Guide and coordinate for financials of the potential entrepreneurs with Auditors to complete CIBIL process. ● Complete summary first draft and submit to Finance Officer, arrange for 2 Internal Selection Panel /month. ● Recommend list of sanctioned cases to stage 3 for mentor allocation. ● Prepare/collect minutes of first meetings and attach with proposals to ensure smoother approvals. ● Maintain MIS from workshop to disbursal and SSC collection. ● Monitor SSC receipts and follow up on defaults based on red flag raised by stage 3 and MIS received from banks. ● Record and document all follow-up meetings with entrepreneurs with reference to defaults / NPA's.
