Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (with International Travel as Required)Company: Tech Scout LabsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleBe the architect of smarter, connected solutions.Tech Scout Labs is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Solutions Specialist – Io T to join our team. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of innovative Io T solutions that address real-world business challenges across industries. You will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and partners to design and deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective Io T solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with sales and business development teams to identify client needs and propose tailored Io T solutions.Lead the design and architecture of Io T systems, including device selection, connectivity, data management, analytics, and security.Prepare technical proposals and documentation with accuracy and clarity.Work closely with engineering teams to implement Io T solutions in line with best practices and quality standards.Provide end-to-end technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Contribute to product roadmaps, innovation strategies, and thought leadership initiatives.Stay updated with emerging Io T technologies, standards, and industry trends.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in designing and implementing Io T solutions.Strong understanding of Io T protocols (MQTT, Co AP, Lo Ra WAN, Zigbee, cellular), Io T gateways, and sensors.Experience with Io T platforms such as AWS Io T, Azure Io T, Google Cloud Io T, and Things Board.Knowledge of data management, real-time analytics, machine learning, and security standards.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Preferred SkillsExperience in industry-specific Io T applications such as smart cities, industrial automation, healthcare, or agriculture.Knowledge of Io T security best practices, networking architecture, and sensor technologies.Ability to develop training materials and support knowledge-sharing across teams.Why Join Tech Scout Labs?At Tech Scout Labs, you will be part of a forward-thinking team shaping the future of Io T.
