Overview As a Quality Analyst you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of products and services by implementing and executing testing processes. You will be responsible for identifying defects and suggesting improvements in various systems and applications to contribute to the overall product quality and customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in driving quality improvements within the organization.Key responsibilities

Develop and execute test cases scripts plans and procedures to ensure high product quality.Identify analyze and document defects errors and inconsistencies in software and applications.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand product requirements and ensure that they are met through testing.Conduct usability testing and identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience.Create and maintain testing documentation including test cases test plans and defect reports.Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements product designs schedules and potential issues.Conduct regression testing for new releases and updates to existing applications.Utilize various testing tools and methodologies to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.Provide timely and accurate feedback to internal teams on product quality and performance.Work closely with developers to resolve and retest identified defects.Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and quality improvements.Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies to enhance testing processes.Communicate test results and quality issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Participate in postlaunch activities including monitoring and analyzing user feedback and product performance.Collaborate with customer support teams to address qualityrelated customer inquiries and issues.

Required qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.Proven experience as a Quality Analyst QA Tester or similar role.Proficiency in testing methodologies tools and processes.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.Advanced knowledge of testing techniques for web mobile and desktop applications.Ability to analyze complex systems and processes to identify quality improvement opportunities.Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.Detailoriented approach with a focus on delivering highquality results.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.Certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus.Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is advantageous.Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.quality assurance,testing tools,appium,selenium,qa automation
