Job Overview:

Careerpedia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records while driving effective financial management practices. Your leadership and analytical expertise will be crucial in managing salary accounts, evaluating P&L statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's financial planning and strategic direction, contributing to our continued growth and success.


Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and analyze financial statements, including evaluating P&L accounts.

· Manage and process various types of invoices and oversee salary accounts for employees.

· Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial operations and activities.

· Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.

· Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization.

· Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.

· Design and implement efficient financial systems, processes, and controls.

· Address financial discrepancies or irregularities, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

· Oversee tax filings and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.


Required Skills:

· Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.

· Hands-on experience with accounting software like SAP and ERP.

· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

· Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

· Experience with general ledger functions.

· Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting and documentation.

· Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies and issues.

· Ability to conduct thorough financial analysis and provide strategic insights.
