consultant

, you will provide technical and consultative guidance for solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements and deliver technical architectural design, strategies, and solutions for engagements.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Resource in our Consulting team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, VMware Workspace One, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies such as Horizon and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing endpoint management solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in driving successful migrations, ensuring seamless integration, and providing ongoing support for our clients' endpoint environments.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and technical challenges related to endpoint management.Design comprehensive solutions leveraging Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Workspace One, and VDI technologies to address client needs.Lead the implementation and configuration of endpoint management solutions, including setup, customization, and integration with existing systems.Execute migration projects from legacy endpoint management solutions to modern platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design documents, implementation guides, and operational procedures.Essential Requirements:Extensive experience (7+ years) in implementing and supporting endpoint management solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and VMware Workspace One.Strong proficiency in designing and deploying virtual desktop infrastructure using VMware Horizon and Azure Virtual Desktop.In-depth knowledge of device management concepts, including mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), and endpoint security.Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and customization tasks.Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.Desirable Requirements:Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or equivalent credentials are highly desirable.Experience with cloud-based desktop and application virtualization solutions (e.g., Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Workspace One).
