Role Description

As a
Graphic Designer Intern
at
GetPaisa
, you will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual identity and supporting the marketing team in driving impactful campaigns. You will be responsible for creating
visually compelling designs
that resonate with our audience and help strengthen our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing
    graphics, illustrations, and visual content
    for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
  • Create
    engaging posts, banners, reels, and creatives
    to boost brand visibility and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to
    conceptualize and execute design ideas
    that align with campaign goals and brand messaging.
  • Ensure all designs are
    consistent with brand guidelines
    and meet high-quality standards.
  • Support in
    basic video editing, animations, or motion graphics
    for digital campaigns.
  • Work with the digital marketing team to create
    SEO-friendly designs
    for blogs, infographics, and ads.
  • Stay updated on the latest
    design trends, digital marketing techniques, and competitor strategies
    to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Prepare design assets for
    internal presentations and client-facing materials
    .
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Actively participate in
    brainstorming sessions
    and contribute creative input to campaign planning.
  • Continuously
    learn and improve design skills
    while gaining hands-on experience with real-world projects.

Qualifications

  • Design creative assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, and ads.
  • Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding
  • Knowledge of Typography
  • Strong creative and visual thinking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is preferred
