Dear ConnectionRequired InformationRole: Admin ExecutiveRequired Technical Skill Set: MS Word, Excel, Power Point & OutlookDesired Experience Range: Minimum 2yrsLocation of Requirement :Currently at WellspringEducational Qualification with % marks compliance.: Graduate with Minimum 60%Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)Must-HaveGood communication skills both spoken and writtenAbility to understand the customer need and provide suitable Hotel accommodationBasic negotiation skillsBasic knowledge of the booking process in the hotel industryProficiency in excelWillingness to learn new skillsGood-to-HaveGood negotiation skillsAnalyticsAdvanced knowledge in ExcelProficiency in Power PointFull knowledge of the Booking process, knowledge of indicative price points across various geography for different category of roomsKnowledge of Global Hotel RFP processSNExpectations from the Role1Ownership and accountability.2Continuous enhancement of Hospitality related skills to stay prepared for shouldering higher responsibilities.3Strong commitment to organizational work culture, code of conduct and values.4Eagerness to fulfill the goals with clear focus on customer delight.5Ability to proactively look for solution for day-to-day operational requirements independently.SN Responsibility ofthe RoleReplying to Associate query related to AccommodationAssigning the request to Hotels or Travel Management Company ( TMC)Auditing the rates shared by TMC with the corporate rate , the TMC negotiated rates , aggregators rate & the best available rate through the hotel portals.Confirming the most cost effective accommodation by ensuring safety and security of the associateClosing the request in real time and maintaining the booking trackerDiscrepancy if any in the bookings made by the TMC to be brought to the notice of the supervisor.Follow the TCS invoicing process and clear invoices within timelines.Follow up with TMC/ Hotels if invoices are not uploaded on time, if any discrepancy found in the invoices, same to be further escalated with Hotel / TMC and inform the supervisor.Keep a payment tracker and ensure payments are done to the TMC without a delayMonitor the monthly saving and maintain report on saving
