The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities: Graduation or post-graduation in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 2 to 4 year experience in finite element analysis (FEA) especially in heavy engineering or turbomachinery domain. Proficiency on FE tools like ANSYS (Classic/workbench) and Hyper mesh is must. Good experience on writing the Analysis reports is must. Experience in Linear, Non-linear analyses and debugging the convergence issues. Knowledge of Elastic-plastic assessments, Low cycle fatigue and High cycle fatigue calculations. Exposure to vibration analysis of the components, Goodman diagram, Campbell plot etc. Knowledge in substantiations of MRB/Non-conformances/Concessions components. Experience in APDL macros. Knowledge on Repair procedures and Engine manuals. Knowledge on PYTHON, ANSYS, Workbench, UG-NX Required Skills (Technical Competency): Proficiency on FE tools like ANSYS (Classic/workbench) and Hypermesh. Desired Skills: PYTHON, ANSYS, Workbench, UG-NX Excel VBA coding
