About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Admin Lead – Employee Messaging & Services to manage enterprise messaging platforms and internal broadcast tools. The role involves leading transitions, ensuring compliance, overseeing integrations, and coordinating enhancements across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other messaging tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead transitions, knowledge transfers, and enforce policies for enterprise messaging tools.
  • Administer calendar/email configurations, aliases, and directory services.
  • Oversee Staffbase content workflows, editorial publishing, and API integrations.
  • Manage Twilio and SendGrid messaging systems.
  • Ensure compliance readiness, documentation, and audit trails.
  • Maintain SLAs, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
  • Coordinate escalations with vendors and internal IT teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in enterprise communication platforms administration (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
  • Strong expertise in Gmail/Outlook admin controls, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, MDM enforcement, and security settings.
  • Experience with shared drives, group policies, retention policies, calendar federation, hybrid setups.
  • Hands-on experience with Staffbase workflows, publishing governance, and analytics dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Twilio/SendGrid API-based messaging, webhook monitoring, and permission scoping.
  • Knowledge of compliance operations (legal holds, SOC2, ISO, ITGC).
  • Skilled in creating and maintaining SOPs, escalation matrices, KBs, and onboarding manuals.
  • Proven ability to resolve incidents across multi-vendor setups with RCA documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000, ₹2,500,000.00 per year
