Your role
Have you successfully managed large-scale Tech Transformational Initiative? Do you like managing all aspects of an Initiative? Are you confident in delivering the objectives within highlyplex projects?
We're looking for an Initiative Manager to:
• lead the delivery of tech modernization projects, focusing on IB division.
• manage the budget, risk, dependencies, quality and change at program level.
• drive effective projecternance to stay in line with scope, budget and timelines.
• assess and remediate risks and issues, tracking these plus deliverables on our RAID reports
• liaise with project stakeholders, gaining go forward decisions and signoffs.
Your team
You'll be working in the Modern Tech team based in our Pune offices. We analyze, coordinate and manage initiatives to modernize IB Tech Stack. As an IM, you'll play an important role in seeing that the all the stake holders are aligned and drive technical design discussions with the architects. Your expertise
• worked as an Initiative/project manager, focusing on capital markets projects, for ideally 10+ years within the finance sector and total of at least 14 years of experience.
• managed all facets of large-scale end-to-end projects and met deliverables.
• strategic thinker and excellentmunicator, able to coach, lead and convince.
• proven success managing technical delivery of solutions in agile teams.
• bachelor's/master's or equivalent with a focus in technology and/or finance-related subjects
