This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India . As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing trading infrastructure, automation tools, and analytical systems. The ideal candidate should have a passion for financial markets , a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms , and hands-on experience with Python-based back-end systems .Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize Python scripts for data analysis, backtesting, and trade automation.Build and maintain trading strategy frameworks , ensuring performance and reliability.Integrate with broker APIs (e.g., Zerodha, XTS, etc.) for live market data and order execution.Design and implement data pipelines for historical and live market data storage.Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and AWS to deploy and manage services.Collaborate with traders and strategy developers to translate trading ideas into production-ready code.Implement monitoring tools, error reporting systems, and performance improvements for existing systems.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Engineering , or related field.Strong proficiency in Python , including libraries such as pandas, numpy, and asyncio.Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and multithreading .Experience with data handling , APIs , and automation scripting .Familiarity with financial data , order management systems , or algorithmic trading is a plus.Working knowledge of Linux , Git , and cloud-based environments (AWS preferred).Compensation₹6 LPA (In Hand)
