Microsoft Teams Administrator

Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Teams Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Office 365, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams administration, and experience troubleshooting Teams-related issues.
This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot complex problems, and a solid understanding of Active Directory and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Office 365 Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of Office 365 services and features, with a focus on Microsoft Teams.
- Team Administration: Hands-on experience in administering Microsoft Teams, including user management, policy configuration, and security settings.
- Troubleshooting: Experience with troubleshooting Teams sign-in issues, calling issues, and licensing issues at L2 and L3 levels.
- PSTN Calling and Direct Routing: Familiarity with PSTN calling, direct routing configurations, and call quality dashboard for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Active Directory: Strong knowledge of Active Directory concepts, including user management, group policies, and directory synchronization.
- Skype for Business Hybrid (Optional): Optional knowledge of Skype for Business hybrid deployments and migration strategies.
- SharePoint Online and Skype for Business: Basic knowledge of SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, and their integration with Microsoft Teams.
- Skype for Business Server: Basic understanding of Skype for Business Server 2013 and 2016, including deployment and administration.
- Azure and Multi-Factor Authentication: Basic knowledge of Azure services and Multi-Factor Authentication for securing Office 365 and Teams access.
- Server Roles: Understanding of server roles and responsibilities in the context of Microsoft Teams infrastructure.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Microsoft certification in Office 365 or Microsoft Teams administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Teams administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
