Job Title: Project Manager (Smartsheet Specialist) Location: Remote (India) Working Hours: Canadian time zone Joining: Immediate / within 1 week preferred Role Overview Seeking an experienced Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery, drive cross-functional coordination, and manage client communications. The ideal candidate has hands-on Smartsheet expertise and thrives in a fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and manage project scope, timelines, and dependencies. Build and maintain Smartsheet project plans, dashboards, reports, automations, and portfolio views. Drive stand-ups, weekly reviews, RAID logs, and stakeholder updates. Coordinate design, engineering, and QA to ensure on-time, quality delivery. Track risks/changes, manage priorities, and keep documentation up to date. Define and improve lightweight processes for repeatable delivery. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years in project/program management (IT / digital / product). Strong, demonstrable Smartsheet skills (Grid, Gantt, Card/Kanban, Forms, Automation, Dashboards, Reports, Control Centre or equivalent portfolio setup). Familiar with Jira/Asana/ClickUp/Trello and general PM tooling. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and meeting facilitation. Experience leading distributed teams and vendor/contractor coordination. Ability to work overlapping Canadian time zone hours. Good to Have PMP / CSM / Agile certifications. International client experience. Understanding of SDLC, release management, and basic QA practices. Compensation Competitive and commensurate with experience.
