Location: Hyderabad (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET applications using .NET Core and other related technologies.
  • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the Azure platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Act as an individual contributor by actively participating in coding, code reviews, and debugging.
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and production incidents.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains at the cutting edge.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD processes and ensure smooth deployment pipelines.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a .NET Lead or in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with .NET Core and the .NET Framework.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Azure DevOps.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Need to have Financial domain application experience
