Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

 

1. Recruiting:

Identify and recruit suitable candidates for business development Roles-Sales Team

 

2. Training and Development:

Develop training programs to enhance the skills of the business development team- field and class room.

Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members.

 

3. Setting and Achieving Targets:

Define daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the business development team.

Monitor progress and ensure targets are met or exceeded.

 

4. Formulating and Executing Business Development Strategies:

Develop strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

Implement effective strategies for business growth and market penetration.

 

5. Area Handling:

Divide responsibilities based on geographical areas and assign targets accordingly.

Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistent performance across different areas.

 

6. Conducting Business Promotion Activities:

Plan and execute promotional campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with overall marketing strategies.

 

7. Conducting Webinars and Online Meetings:

Organize webinars and online meetings to engage with potential clients and showcase company offerings.

Use digital platforms effectively to reach out to a wider audience and create business opportunities.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to implement innovative ideas.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
