Job Description Key Responsibilities: Fully responsible for all aspects of the assigned Sales Territory. Dealer Management / Distributor management, Channel Sales Management for Gear Box, Lubricant, Bearing Industry. Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities in Process Industries Take a lead role in the development of proposals for new business and nurture business opportunities and partnerships Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets Develop strategies to achieve business goals of Process Industries Coordination and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics Adhere to daily & monthly responsibilities of MIS Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy New business development with assigned customers Seeking out new customers for business expansion. Forecasting of the Business for the accounts being handled. Knowledge of application based technical specifications of customers. Cross cultural relationship management and should be familiar with demography. Strategic planning and building up short- and long-term business plans.
