Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects with a focus on kitchen design, from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with junior architects, designers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and practical kitchen solutions.
  • Prepare and oversee detailed architectural drawings and documentation using AutoCAD, ensuring precision and functionality in kitchen layouts.
  • Develop 3D models and high-quality renderings of kitchen designs using SketchUp and other visualization tools.
  • Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and specific design objectives, particularly in the realm of kitchen functionality and aesthetics.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their growth and expertise in kitchen-centric architectural design.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on kitchen design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.
  • Proven leadership and advanced design skills, particularly in kitchen layouts and ergonomics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
