We're expanding our team and looking for a talented SCADA Expert with experience on the Ignition SCADA platform to support our growing projects in SCADA system design, integration, and optimization.

Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled SCADA Expert with deep expertise in the Ignition SCADA platform to lead key initiatives related to SCADA system assessment, design, cybersecurity, and performance tuning. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to assess, optimize, and ensure the reliability of SCADA systems, contributing to our mission of providing cutting-edge operational solutions.

Key Responsibilities:SCADA System Assessment and AuditConduct comprehensive assessments and audits of existing SCADA systems.Identify and address inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement.Provide detailed audit reports and recommendations for system enhancements.

SCADA System Design and IntegrationDesign and implement SCADA systems using the Ignition SCADA platform to meet project requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SCADA systems with other technologies and platforms.Lead SCADA system upgrades and expansions to improve functionality and scalability.Data Quality Management and GovernanceOversee data quality management processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of SCADA data.Develop and implement data governance frameworks for SCADA systems.Monitor data flows and address any inconsistencies or issues affecting performance.SCADA System Optimization and Performance TuningOptimize the performance and efficiency of SCADA systems through performance tuning and configuration adjustments.Analyze SCADA data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for system improvement.Develop and execute strategies for system optimization to enhance operational performance.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in SCADA system design, integration, and optimization.Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with the

Ignition SCADA platform .Strong understanding of SCADA system architecture, networking, and protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, TCP/IP).Experience in

SCADA cybersecurity

best practices and system hardening.Proven track record of

SCADA data management , data integrity, and governance.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex SCADA system issues.Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SCADA systems.

Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications within SCADA systems.Experience in oil and gas, energy, or industrial sectors.Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to SCADA systems and cybersecurity.
