Rapido Cabs made its debut on May 2023, marking the commencement of its services in eight cities. Notably, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Delhi stand out as the primary cities for this initial launch. However, the ambitious plan includes an extensive expansion to encompass over 50 cities in the coming 12 months.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Ad Operations Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in optimizing our ad operations using Google Ad Manager, maximizing revenue and campaign performance while exceeding client expectations. As a strategic partner, you will collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative advertising solutions and achieve client goals.


Responsibilities:

Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Expertly manage and optimize complex ad campaigns using Google Ad Manager to maximize yield, revenue, and client ROI.
  • Leverage programmatic strategies and ad tech platforms to deliver efficient and scalable campaigns.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and proactively identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and objectives, offering customized solutions and exceeding expectations.
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication.

Data & Analytics:

  • Deeply analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Generate comprehensive reports that showcase key metrics, campaign insights, and strategic recommendations for clients.

Strategic Planning & Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, ad tech advancements, and Google Ad Manager updates to implement best practices and develop innovative strategies.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions with internal teams to optimize workflows and explore new ad formats and targeting options.

Teamwork & Support:

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Analytics) to ensure cross-functional alignment and achieve shared goals.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to support new client onboarding and team training initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in ad operations management, preferably with a focus on Google Ad Manager (GAM) or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record of successfully optimizing campaigns and maximizing revenue through programmatic advertising strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of ad tech terminology, ad formats, and industry trends.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing effectively, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Google Ad Manager (GAM) certification preferred
