Human Resource Generalist

Job location: Vidyavihar. Candidates based in Mumbai will be given preference.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to support and drive core HR functions within our organization. This role involves handling end-to-end recruitment, fostering employee engagement, managing employee relations, executing HR policies, and contributing to organizational development. You will play a key role in shaping a positive work culture and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Manage employee engagement and relations.
• Draft and implement HR policies
• Maintain HRIS records and support HR operations
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.

Requirements:

• • HR with 35 years of experience
• • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• • Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS platforms
• • Knowledge of Indian labor laws
• • Proactive, organized, and people-focused
• Comfortable with different shift timings
