As an Associate Design with 3-5 years of experience, you will play a vital role in the design process of various projects within the organization. Your responsibilities will include working closely with senior designers and project managers to create innovative and visually appealing designs that meet the client's requirements. Your creative input and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the success of each project.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design team in HQ & Brand Partners in Surat to create visually appealing and functional designs.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects.
Ensure consistency in design across all project deliverables.
Stay updated on current design trends and tools to enhance design processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from Tier 1 or Tier2 Institute
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding Materials and Design To Cost.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
