This role is for one of the Weekdays clients
We are looking for a skilled Product Specialist with a strong emphasis on SQL to join our dynamic team. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact between our product development teams and clients ensuring smooth product deployment customer satisfaction and technical troubleshooting. You will use your SQL expertise to analyze product performance optimize database interactions and provide datadriven insights to enhance our product offering.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the product expert understanding all aspects of product features functionality and technical specifications.
  • Analyze product data and metrics using SQL to provide insights and recommendations to the product development team.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering sales and customer support to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving productrelated technical issues especially those concerning database queries and performance.
  • Provide product training and support to internal teams and clients ensuring a clear understanding of product capabilities.
  • Participate in product roadmap discussions by providing feedback based on data analysis and client interactions.
  • Contribute to product testing and quality assurance by reviewing SQL queries and database interactions.
  • Generate and maintain product documentation FAQs and best practices for clients and internal teams.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Specialist Product Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL including writing complex queries database optimization and troubleshooting.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL SQL Server).
  • Experience working with large data sets and providing datadriven insights.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred:
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau Power BI or Looker.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technologydriven environment.
