Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Python and C++ Developer with expertise in image processing to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in developing and optimizing image processing algorithms, working on both research and production-level projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and optimize image processing algorithms using Python and C++ .
  • Work on a range of image processing tasks such as object detection , image segmentation , feature extraction , image enhancement , and noise reduction .
  • Implement efficient algorithms to process large-scale image datasets.
  • Develop tools for image analysis , including real-time processing for performance-critical applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate image processing solutions into broader software systems.
  • Debug and troubleshoot image processing algorithms to improve accuracy, performance, and reliability.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in computer vision and image processing and contribute innovative solutions.
  • Maintain and improve code quality by following best practices such as unit testing , code reviews , and documentation .

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Python and C++ programming.
  • Strong background in image processing techniques, libraries, and frameworks (e.g., OpenCV , scikit-image , Pillow ).
  • Hands-on experience with image classification , segmentation , filtering , and other image processing techniques.
  • Experience working with popular image formats (e.g., PNG, JPEG, TIFF) and developing custom image processing pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of data structures , algorithms , and object-oriented programming .
  • Proficient in optimizing code for high performance, including working with large image datasets.
  • Experience in working with multithreading and parallel processing to accelerate image processing tasks.
  • Familiarity with signal processing concepts as they apply to images.

Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with machine learning or deep learning for image processing (e.g., CNNs , U-Net , ResNet ).
  • Knowledge of GPU programming (e.g., CUDA , OpenCL ).
  • Exposure to libraries like TensorFlow , PyTorch , or Keras for image-related tasks.
  • Familiarity with medical imaging , remote sensing , or biometric systems .
  • Knowledge of version control tools like Git and agile development practices.


Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Electrical Engineering , or a related field.
