Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that project schedules are met, and maintaining safety standards. The role also involves regular site inspections, quality control, and reporting to higher management.

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage daily site operations and ensure efficient project completion
  • Experience in coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control measures
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in site inspections and reporting to higher management
  • Relevant experience in interior design or construction projects is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
