Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing insightful, interactive dashboards and reports while collaborating with business teams to meet analytical needs and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate data requirements into effective visualizations.

Create efficient and optimized data models and integrate them with Power BI reports.

Connect to various data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.) and ensure seamless data extraction and transformation using Power Query and DAX.

Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and scalability.

Implement and manage row-level security (RLS) and other data security measures.

Maintain technical documentation related to Power BI reports and workflows.

Stay updated with the latest Power BI and Microsoft analytics features and best practices.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Power BI development.

Proficiency in building interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.

Strong understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query.

Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation.

Familiarity with data modeling concepts and techniques.

Experience with integrating Power BI with other tools like Excel, Azure Data Lake, and APIs.

Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Certification in Power BI or related Microsoft tools (preferred).
