Solution Architect (Presales-EUC)Job location: Noida/Chennai/Bangalore12+ Years of proven experience in solutioning and supporting enterprise customers.

Job description:Coordinate & Lead Technical discussions with IT Executives, IT SMEs, and End Users during (as appropriate):Solution Defense & Business Case PresentationsTool Capability and Enhancement DemosDue Diligence, Planning & DesignSecurity Review, System TestingUAT and DeploymentPost Deployment Hyper-CareValue Realization & ROI discussionsTake end to end technical accountability for all Digital Workplace(DWP) products that gets deployed for ClientsCreate and validate the solution design and technical architecture for DWP toolsPresales discussion with BoM & Solution Defense Sign off with CustomerProvide sizing, BOM and send financials to BFC for approvalBAFO(Best and final offer) concurrence with Risks identifiedValidate SoW/MSA before deal Sign-OffDocument infrastructure and technical requirementsCreate the technical task lists, sequence them, and identify associated effortsDocument any associated risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies in deploymentPerform Ticketing Analysis to identify Automation use cases to drive value realization with toolsValidate the overall timelines, key outcomes, and critical success factorsDevelop and update artifacts for Security Compliance review processes and complianceAdjust the solution, technical design, and activities according to customer calibration and discussionsFormalized User Acceptance Testing sessions including remediation to technical design if requiredConfigure and deploy the various DWP tools in customer environment and ensure they are successfulContinue to review the ongoing deployment progress and ensure the compliance to program timelinesEnsure the successful handover to operations / steady team post deployment hyper-care periodCreate custom dashboard, reports, and presentations for executive reviewsHandle any technical escalations associated with deployed Technical Leads / SMEs in various projectsResolve technical, configuration, deployment, and enhancement issues associated with various technologiesContinue to enhance own learnings and skills to handle additional / new tools in the scopeMentor, train and coach new resource(s) in the team on ongoing basis

Qualifications and Education RequirementsMust have excellent communication (written and conversation skills in English language)12+ Years of proven experience in solutioning and supporting enterprise customersMust have following degrees / certificationsBachelor’s degree (in Computer Science, Engineering or any equivalent)MCP or above, ITIL v3 and aboveAdditional desirable experience / certifications are:Handling Complex DWP Tools transformation projectsManaging Operations / Service Delivery for DWP accountsAdditional Project Management (Agile / Scrum / PMP / Prince2)

Preferred SkillsHands-On Experience on following technologies is preferred:Windows OS: Clients and ServersActive Directory, Exchange and O365Software Distribution Tools like SCCMRDP connectivity like Bomgar (Secure Remote Access)Office365 Suite: MS Outlook, MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, and MS VisioITSM tools like ServiceNow & Remedy etc.Basic understanding of cloud, server, and networking conceptsExperience in writing the scripts such as VB Script, PowerShell, Python along with good knowledge and understanding on programming concepts.understating and experience on:Messaging Communications – SFB, MS Teams, Google Hangout and Federationcertificates & databases – MS SQL(preferred)
