  1. End to End responsible for Enterprise network / service & Solutions
    Delivery & operations .
    2.Responsible for the Network Solution design in conjunction with the
    NHQ Solutions team to meet regional customer business requirements.
    3.Review of Enterprise Network KPI/SLA , Service delivery with team
    members
    4.Weekly Review with JC technical Lead on Customer Issues and customer
    experience metrics performance.
    Network Solutions and Design .
    5.Providing Technical solutions
    6.BoQ build up ,& validation
    7.Service form validation
    8.RFP support and final technical SOW
    9.Customer based network and service solutions ( HLD , DLD and LLD)

  1. In Depth knowledge related to Enterprise Products & Delivery.
  2. Understanding of mission, vision & strategies of Organizational Goals
  3. Having Good Interpersonal Skill , work together with all stake
    holders to meet the target and excellent project Management skills.
  4. Domain Expertise: Excellent understanding of different Telecomm
    services offered and its task list.
  5. Understanding of one or more of the following ITIL processes: Fault,
    Problem, Configuration, Performance, Service Management.
  6. Excellent Communication, presentation, analytical and organizational
    skills.
  7. Leadership Ability to guide, motivate and coordinating for Project
    closure within defined Time.
  8. Stake holder management (Product Owner, Business Owner, PM, BA,
    Process Analyst, Solution Architect, Data Architect, Infrastructure
    Architect, Application Architect, Solution Designers)
  9. Strong analytical skills and be capable of translating complex
    business problems into conceptual solutions that fit the business need
  10. Ability to drive white board discussion
