Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR department remotely. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be tech-savvy, proficient in LinkedIn, and able to work effectively in the US Shift from their home environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing virtual events and employee recognition programs.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn for sourcing and networking purposes.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
  • Willingness to work in the US Shift (flexible with occasional adjustments based on business needs).
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on new challenges.
