Responsibility- To provide high-level administrative, coordination, and analytical support to the Plant Head, ensuring smooth operation of day-to-day plant management activities, effective communication between departments, and timely execution of key strategic and operational initiatives. Follow up skills she should have. Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word. Good command over English. Shorthand / fast typing speed / writing speed. Manage the Plant Head’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules. Prepare and organize internal and external meetings, including MOM (Minutes of Meeting). Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and communication on behalf of the PlantHead. Draft and review official letters, circulars, and communications. Act as a single point of contact between the Plant Head and department heads. Track and follow up on key action points, project milestones, and management decisions. Ensure timely submission of MIS, reports, and data from various departments. Coordinate with corporate office teams on plant-related issues and initiativesTechnical Skills RequiredShould be proficient in MS – Office, Presentation Skills Detail oriented, Organizing Skills, Time Management, Data Analysis, Strong Coordination and Follow Up skills Ability to stay calm and tactful under Pressure, Self-Motivated, process orientedManagerial/Other Skill RequiredGood communication skills & Interpersonal SkillsLeadership SkillsExcellent Team players
