CLO Job Description:

 

· Oversee All Legal Aspects Of The Company.

· Ensure That The Company Complies With All Applicable Laws And Regulations.

· He May Also Be A Member Of The Company's Operating Committee And Is Overseen By The M.D/CEO.

· To Developing And Leading Corporate Legal Strategy To Promote And Protect The Company's Matters.

· To Oversee Delivery Of Legal Services And Resources To Accomplish Corporate Goals, Strategies And Priorities

· Advising The Management And Other Senior Corporate Officers On A Variety Of Issues.

· Participating In The Formulation Of Legal Policy As A Member Of The Core Management Team

· Represent The Company In Legal Proceedings.

· Negotiate And Draft Contracts On Behalf Of The Company.

· Provide Legal Advice And Guidance To Company Management On A Variety Of Issues.

· Legal Expense Budget Preparation

· Legal Employee Development And Performance Management Skills

· Presentation Development And Delivery.

· Strong Negotiating Skills.

· To Analyze And Interpret Legal Issues And To Prepare Legal Opinions

· To Lisen Communicate And Interact With Officials At All Levels Of Government

· Supervise And Train Employees, Including Organizing, Prioritizing, And Scheduling Work Assignments.

· Supervise And Coordinate The Work Of Legal Professionals, Paraprofessionals, And Consultants

· Develop And Implement Legal Strategies And Solutions

· Provide Competent Legal Advice And Counsel To Management Officials On A Wide Range Of Legal And Policy Issues.

· To Involve Under Principles And Procedures Of Legal Research

· Legal Documentation Procedures And Requirements.

· Making Due Diligences On The Basis Of Land Document Searching.

· Monitoring Case Status

· Handling Settlements And Mediation

· Validating All Documents And Record That Have Been Submitted Pertinent The Matters.

· Maintaining Land Bank

· Legal Research

· Comfortable To Execute Legal Work Even Is Required To Relocate.
