Company: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1. Responsible for vehicle build process adherance, Concern reporting and tracking.2. Responsible for preparation of Proto PFC, Buyoff sheets, Travel Cards.3. Responsible for Vehicle repair & retrofitment activities.4. Reponsible for build by using instalation drawings , work instructions with technicians. 5. Responsible for build key deleverables as per MPDS guide lines.6. Participation in Design Review, Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA) and provides input to design team by representing build plete Proto vehicle signoff from all design agencies and vehicle handing over to testing agency for design validation.8.Excellent skills and core competency of Wiring harness layout & routing process.9.Digital Mock Up file preparation to understand the manufacturing and serviceability of electrical & electronics component.10.Participating & conducting packaging & DMU review with anticipating the failure modes proactively analysis with various interface COE team and cross functional team.11.Analysing & providing the solution for packaging related failures and working with respective teams to reduce/eliminate the failures in new projects.12. Knowledge on automobile electrical & electronics systems viz Harness, ECU`s, Sensor, Alternator, Starter, Battery, etc.13.Understand the E&E System requirements, E&E architecture of vehicle & individual components, security, safety & other vehicle body functions.14.Knowledge on packaging the electrical & electronics components into vehicle environment by understanding the requirement.15) Should have knowledge on working of BOM details of components Experience 8 to 10 Years Min Industry Preferred Automotive manufacturing and R & D Qualifications BE/B.TechGeneral Requirements Proactive, Analytical ThinkingCollaborative workingCustomer focus, Strategic Planning.Result oriented, Manpower ManagementAwareness of vehicle E&E technology and fundamental knowledge of application engineering.
